Challenge

As Fitelo scaled its digital offerings, the team noticed increasing complexity in user engagement. With users seeking faster, more personalized interactions-especially when tracking their moods, asking dietary questions, or connecting with their assigned coaches Fitelo needed a way to deliver scalable yet deeply personal support.

Traditional chat or email systems were not responsive enough to handle the high volume of repetitive user queries (like food swaps, portion sizes, or routine checks), often resulting in delayed responses and reduced user motivation. Additionally, Fitelo wanted to collect more real-time data on user mood and experience to better tailor their programs.

Solution

Fitelo integrated a smart voice agent system to act as a first-level interaction point for users. This digital assistant was trained to:

• Respond instantly to common dietary questions

• Collect one-word user mood check-ins like “Tired”, “Energetic”, “Bloated”, “Motivated”

• Guide users through personalized plans and send reminders

• Route complex queries to the right dietician or support team

• Track voice-based feedback on meals and routines

This voice assistant became an integral part of the Fitelo ecosystem-blending automation with empathy, while reducing the operational load on their nutrition experts.
