Viithiisys

We work close enough to the problem to fix it.

Viithiisys brings senior product, engineering, and growth people to the work behind a business decision. We begin with how the operation or product runs today, then help the team make the next useful change.

Technology is useful when it changes the work, not when it changes the label.

Most of what gets called transformation is a renaming exercise. The three lines below are the test we apply to our own recommendations before we make them.

Start with the operating reality

We look at the workflow, the customer journey, or the business decision before prescribing a model, platform, channel, or feature.

Make the next useful decision

The goal is to identify what to keep, connect, rebuild, or improve before asking a team to spend time building it.

Ship the change into the real work

The work matters when it becomes part of the product or operation people rely on, not a separate exercise that ends after the presentation.

The people making the decision stay close to the people doing the work.

No account layer between you and the team. The person who understands the problem is in the room when it gets solved.

  1. Listen

Understand the work, the people affected by it, and the constraint the team needs to change.

  2. Map and decide

Identify the next useful move across AI, software, venture, or growth work before a solution becomes a large project by default.

  3. Ship

Put the right team around the decision and carry the change into the product or operation where it needs to work.

The senior team you actually meet.

Two directors and a CTO are personally on every engagement. You talk to the people writing the code, every week.

  • Ganesh Bawne

    Director

Sets the company strategy, owns enterprise relationships, and keeps the long view across every engagement.

  • Gaurav Saini

    Director

Founder-mode operator. Acts as fractional CTO for several Viithiisys clients while running studio delivery.

  • Satish Saini

    CTO and Tech Lead

Owns the technical backbone, code review standard, and architectural decisions across every client build.

  • Gurmeet Bhamber

    Senior Marketing Manager

Runs brand, demand generation, and partner programs across India, Canada, and the UK.

  • Roopkamal Arora

    HR Manager

Hires the senior bench. Keeps talent retention high so client teams stay continuous, not rotating.

  • Paramjeet Saini

    Senior Software Developer

One of the longest-tenured engineers on staff. Tech lead on multi-year client integrations.

Two offices, one accountable team.

Headquartered in Mohali, India with a North American operation in Markham, Canada. One project owner regardless of timezone.

Teams with a real decision to make and an appetite to act on it.

Three questions worth answering before you decide we are worth a call.

  1. Do we need to know exactly what service we need?

No. Bring the product, workflow, or growth decision that is stuck. The first conversation is there to work out the useful route, not to test whether you know the right label.

  2. Do we only work on AI?

No. AI is one part of the work when it helps. The relevant change may be a software rebuild, a founder product decision, or a clearer demand path instead.

  3. What should we bring to the first call?

The current situation, the people affected by it, and the outcome the team needs next. That is enough to begin a useful conversation.
