MOVOX is an Australian telephone company, that provides Australian business and residential customers with new and imaginative communication solutions. We have done the Voip(Voice over Internet Protocol) based telephonic system Integration with Kazoo software. It’s easy to use, expands effortlessly from 1 to 100’s of handsets and you can also use your existing phone number. User can access Virtual PBX online at anytime and from anywhere.
Challenge
The aim of the MOVOX Virtual PBX(private branch exchange) was to help reduce costs,improve productivity and transform the way you communicate. Voice quality,Failed connections,subpar security and aging infrastructure were main issues of the device.
Solution
Tracking the problem means taking a look at possible failure points. To solve the problem of failed connections, we began by taking a hard look at our ISP and current bandwidth. To overcome infrastructure issues we took a look at our existing hardware and network connections. Better to evaluate infrastructure first, then tie in a VoIP system, rather than trying to "shoehorn" VoIP protocols into a system that doesn't offer the right support. So we used kazoo to setup the new infrastructure and switched all the clients to the new setup. After this migration the system had become more stable and highly available.
